Timbre: A Free Music & Concert Discovery App

If you haven’t already downloaded the app Timbre, you need to.

Although it sounds a lot like a promiscuous dating app (Tinder) and Kesha’s newest hit (Timber), Timbre is a free concert discovery app available for Apple products and Androids.

This app makes it quick and easy to find live music events around you and even buy tickets instantaneously.

It’s been five weeks since I’ve started writing and I can’t believe how much I’ve discovered about this genre since I’ve started.

WINTER WHITE TOUR FT. STEVE AOKI – CAL POLY SLO

It was a blaze of white, yetis, and people everywhere.

On Friday, Jan. 31^st, the sold-out Winter White Tour took Cal Poly SLO by a storm.

The concert was held in the university’s Rec Center and featured Steve Aoki, as well as Dzeko & Torres, Autoerotique, Max Styler, and Animal Kontrol.

Adolescence to Adulthood: Max Styler and Starane

The transformation from adolescence to adulthood is like no other.

Meet Max Styler, a local EDM DJ/producer from San Luis Obispo.  He celebrated his 18^th birthday, signed onto his first record label, and got his first tattoo, all in the last week.  Styler’s newfound adulthood has proven to be the start of his dreams becoming reality.
